This journey started with a simple idea: we wanted a way to enjoy hot soaks outdoors, without compromising our health or the environment. Most tubs on the market were made with cheap plastics, chemical-laden materials, or just didn’t hold up to real use (especially in the winter). So, we set out to create something better.
We knew we wanted a tub that was tough enough for Canadian winters, easy to set up and take anywhere, and most importantly—safe for our bodies and kind to the Earth. That meant choosing materials we could trust and designing every detail with care.
We’re proud to offer tubs that not only give you that soul-soothing soak, but also reflect our values: sustainability, simplicity and wellness.
How We Got Stokin’
Hi! We’re Michael & Deneal,
We’ve always been drawn to the outdoors, whether that be road tripping and camping in our van, catching a sunset by the ocean, or stargazing arounnd the fire. Our happiest moments have always been spent outside, fully immersed in nature. We wanted to create something that would help others do the same. That’s how Stoke & Soak was born — a way to bring people closer to the elements, slow down, unwind and truly soak in the experience.
Our very first hot tub came to life 8 years ago, in true DIY fashion. With a washing machine drum, some copper tubing and a little creativity, we created a simple, wood-fired hot tub that turned our backyard into our own personal spa. We experienced firsthand how incredible it felt to decompress under the stars after a long day of exploring and we knew we had to share that feeling with others.
Fuelled by our love for camping, traveling and all things outdoors, we refined our design, made it more efficient, portable and adventure-ready. Stoke & Soak is about more than just hot tubs — it’s about embracing the elements, making memories, and finding moments of pure relaxation in the wild. Regardless of if you're deep in the woods, by the lake, or in your own backyard, we want you to be able to soak it all in.
